UNCOLLECTIBLE HOSPITAL ACCOUNTS

The Board adopted the following resolution:

RESOLVED by the Board of Visitors of The Rector and Visitors of the University of Virginia
that the Hospital Accounts Committee be and they are hereby authorized to charge off as uncollectible
accounts Schedules 541, 542, 547, 550 and 551, aggregating $49,381.92, as recommended
by them.
